Is this my computer or an ecrater system issue? I get onto ecrater without problem but then the pages won't turn. Some will turn after several minutes and others never turn. What can I do? This just started yesterday (10th).

It's working fine for me. Are you still having problems? Is it only eCrater or other sites as well?

It's worse than ever. Tried to respond to the last message from the email and it brought up 6 browsers none of which would connect. Then I tried logging in from my home page and got the same thing. Shut down and logged back on to the internet 3 times before it would connect. I have IE7 and those wheels just keep going round and round. I've never had the slightest problem with this site before.

It scares me because we don't have a single way to connect with anyone if we can't get in via the front door. Other sites work fine on my computer. If someone hijacks my account I can't even notify anyone.

I just checked your store and didn't have any problem moving from page to page.Wonder if it's something with IE7?

Except every other site I've tried has loaded properly first time. I've been on line all day. I'm still having to log on 2 or more times to get where I want to go.

I did that last night with a new updated program. I'm wondering if they blocked something I didn't want blocked. When I look at all the infestations, the items they isolate mean nothing to me. Lots of Mozilla and IE cookies. Spent an hour on the phone with my ISP trying to figure it out.

Got on the first time with this attempt so maybe it will work itself out.

Works here with Firefox 2.0. Are you still having problems?

When you say "connect" do you mean log in to eCrater? Or do you mean getting the site to load?

This is a really odd problem.

Are you having the same problem when trying to go to eCrater stores besides your own? Is it all of eCrater?

It has stopped whatever the problem was. But I couldn't log on to ecrater period for a while and if I got on and say wanted to look at my order file, it would just spin and spin and never connect. I didn't try anyone else's store.
