| I just found I could delete duplicate invoices. I appreciate your help! Would there be a way in the future to edit the invoices? Examples: (1) one customer ordered duplicate items and I deleted one and refunded the difference. (2) I refunded an overcharge of shipping. - I cut and paste to make my own packing slip and keep a copy for myself so I know my exact sale. Just in case someone has a dispute, would be nice to have same invoice going to customer from eCrater. This isn't high priority! Other members have valuable suggestions that would be of greater service to the vast amount of us. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!! |

I do not forsee such feature right now but this is something that can be added in future. |
