If you are talking about the USPS website you are correct
I HOWEVER am talking about the client that you download from the USPS
and install locally. This client allows a wide range of options - download
and install it before you make blanket statements.
BTW, I do know the diff between the various classes of USPS services.
While I am a newby here on ecrater I started selling on eBay in 2001.
(I do remember the good old days)
Please do not assume that everybody that shows up here
just fell off the turnup truck.

Didn't say anything about anyone falling out of any turnip trucks. There are a lot of newbies in these forums, quite a few of them would not know. Some have never sold online. Quite a few admit to not being tech savvy. I have to take that into consideration when I post an answer for anyone. (Especially if it is their first post on these pages).
How the heck am I supposed to know who sold where for how long? I'm not keeping a list of all online sellers. Unless you tell me that, there is no way for me to know. So no need to be so sensitive about it.
I just put a note to make sure people don't assume it will be suitable for all. (As a caution).
Did not say anyone has to use PayPal or anything else. Just telling what they have as limitations. |

Quote: | I kinda like it more because when you take it to the PO to ship
the PO has to scan it to get the postage ammt - this gets it into
the system for tracking/proof of mailing purposes. |
The P.O. is scanning all labels w/D.C. now. I mail mine from my box out on the road and they're scanned when they hit the P.O., when they're delivered, and all points in between.

This thread has taken a lot of directions but has anyone else noticed they are having more PP sales now. Until a few weeks ago I had nearly all GC sales. Now it is about 50/50. Last week all my sales were PP.
Since GC is still in the prime spot for checkout, I was wondering if there was a reason for the increase in PP sales. Are they having a promotion of some sort? I haven't seen any ad campaign. |
