I received my first eCrater order today. The buyer used paypal for the payment. Does anyone know how long it will take for the payment to show up in my paypal account?
Thanks.

PayPal payments show in PayPal immediately - if they clicked through and paid it.
Otherwise you might send them a PP invoice |

Well it will show up immediately when they pay. Right now all they have done is chosen to pay with PayPal. Apparently they didn't complete the process. I usually just send a polite reminder stating thanks for the order and this will ship as soon as payment is recieved, etc etc etc.

I have a similar question. I made my first ecrater sale last week. The email from ecrater said the buyer chose paypal but has not paid yet. I sent an email to the buyer and it came back as undeliverable.
Any suggestions?

Only thing you can do is figure the is not a legit order. Or call them on the phone if they gave you a legit phone number.
Most of the tiem if they choice a payment type and don't act immediately - they never complete the order.
HOWEVER, when it's PP I alway invoice them because many fear clicking on a PayPal link due to all the scammers.
If you send them a PP invoices it will show on their PP account when they log in.
And they feel safer that way. |

MIZombie,
That's great! One of the hardest things to quit for sure, harder than the so called "illegal" drugs. Keep it up.
