|
|
Hi all...
I am in the process of setting up my store.. and I have searched, though probably not exhaustivley, for an answer that is eluding me...
IF this has been previously posted/addressed, kindly forgive me.
If someone buys a single item, I can figure the shipping.. but what if they buy multiple items??... Is there a way to get a shipping discount on that kind of order? I'm sure there is, but I'm really lost on this one. Mainly because I don't stock ALL my products 'on site'.
ANY help would be most appreciated!!

If you want to set your shipping to be combined shipping you either use "weight dependable" shipping option (requires you to fill your shipping matrix and put realistic weight or purposefully determined ones to substite to manipulate the matrix)
Or you turn on your shipping calculator (located in Options section of your account) which needs you to enter actual packaged weight of your items. And eCrater gets the info from USPS site.
You can give partial refunds to your customers after they already paid.
