If the customer made an instant electronic payment (PayPal or Google Checkout) they receive an email from eCrater. The customer needs to use that email (click on the link in the email to reach the page to leave the feedback).
If they don't leave feedback after 3 weeks they get a second email.

If they made an instant payment, have your customer check their spam / junk mail folder.
The feedback email can end up there and it might not be noticed. This happened after a recent purchase that I made.
The subject line reads "Rate your transaction for seller xxxx" and the email is from noreply@ecrater.com
Other email from eCrater always arrives at my inbox, but my spam filter didn't like the subject line of the feedback email.
Happy Sales

I'd like to ask about something I don't see covered in the above link. "no rating" feedbacks. Why do they exist, and why would someone use them instead of positive, negative, or neutral?
I got 5 feedbacks so far, and only 2 are pos. 3 are "no rating". |

No ratings mean the buyer didn't respond to the feedback email. It is not feedback, just showing that you have more transactions than feedback shows. |

Thanks!
Also, did you ever get your PC problems straightened out?
PM me if you still need help. I have some ideas for you. |

I am posting in right area...
I received a great feedback (words) but the customer hit the red - and it took my rating way down.. I don't think it was meant to be hit... would you have someone review for me... thanks.. |

Obviously your customer made a mistake in selecting negative looking at the statement in the post.
Just use eCrater's contact form, explain the situation and ask them to change it to a positive. http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php |
