| I thought your shop looked great but the cocoa mix listing I read didn't indicate how many cups of cocoa the package made. Also the cookie mixes didn't indicate what the baker has to add when mixing. |

Hi Debbie,
What I've learned about FAQ is that no one looks there unless they are a very savvy and cautious shopper. Most aren't and accept or reject you based solely on the item description and photos.
Much of eBay's bad reputation comes because buyers don't bother to check a seller's feedback or read their terms and conditions and then blame eBay for scamming them. |

Yummy store!!
The problem here at ecrater is that when coming in from google/froogle, even the savvy and cautious shopper who wants to check out the terms and faqs cannot, because they have no access to our information!
All of the informational links provided in our ads go to ecrater info, not ours!
So, we have to include all of our information, terms, shipping, sizes, instructions, etc., whatever, in each and every item description, otherwise the shopper may never see them!
Very confusing for the shopper who does try to go to our information! I'm not sure why it is set up like this, as it serves no purpose that I can see, but the navigation set up is defintitely not buyer friendly!
