 I just put one item on to show and see I got one looker so far. That is good. My store is 1968chevy come in and see me sometime soon. I will be adding more soon. |

If you want to add shipping, go to manage products and you will see a pencil.Click on that and go down to the bottom and you will see shipping,flat rate.Figure out what you want for shipping and put it in there.You can set up a shipping matrix but that is a little harder to do.There is info here

You should put something about figuring the cost of shipping and you need the zip code for that or that they should email you with their zip code for the shipping charge.I would take out Hawaii and Cananda and just put a shipping charge for the U.S. and then in the description put that you will ship internationally and to Hawaii also.But that's just my 2 cents!  |

NOPE -- if your listing shows ZERO shipping charges that is what they will be billed to pay. BUYERS do not read all of your description or see all your other pages.
PROTECT YOURSELF - either use the shipping matrix or fixed shipping.
If they order something and they pay instantly with PayPal - there will be no shipping charged on it. |

the hit counter does it go back to 0 everyday or what I had a lot of lookers yesterday but now I have 0 on one and only 1 on another.  |

| I got to messages today about putting shipping in I got it in my store and the discritption but that is not good. I should put in an ammount there they think it is free. No it is not. I colored in the dot pending weight so it should not go through. They have that for a reason I would think. I ship to the east and west coast a lot and shipping is hi. thanks for the sugestion. And if it does go through without shipping I will request more money through pay pal for shipping. |

I believe you are not familiar with a shopping cart system. eCrater will process the order and accept payment with no additional shipping fees. If you request more money you will probably lose the sale and make a customer very unhappy!
Go into your products area and edit your items and enter the shipping options you want. Currently you are offering free shipping to the US, etc.
Please take some time to figure this out for the best possible result. |

The counters reset to zero at the first of each month. |

You can go to your administration page and fill out the shipping matrix and the shipping weight charts, or you can put in a flat rate shipping charge.
It's simplest to just figure out one flat rate to charge for all buyers, but I filled out the matrix. |

WRONG -- that means that you are using the shipping matrix and if you didnt' put the cost in the shipping matrix then it will read as zero shipping.
We are just trying to help you avoid problems in the future by having zero in for shipping cost. |
