| My logo is 250 x 68 px and it is a gif file. According to eCrater, that size and type of image is allowed but I can't upload it. Whenever I try, it says that the image I uploaded is bad. Does anyone know what might be the problem? |

| Try re-saving the image and uploading the newly saved one. |
