Webpage not existing?

Hey everyone. My webpage isn't opening and I don't know why. The link is legit yet it's not working. Anyone else have this problem?

Earlier today I couldn't get into the main site, my store or the admin page. I can get to my store now but everything is loading slower than usual and I still can't get to the admin page. I have never had this problem before but I haven't been here long.

Perhaps some older members can offer some insight into what to expect regarding peak times or outages

Hello,

I am having the same problem as OP. My store won't launch, using either FF or IE.

Oddly, the "broken link" error message on IE shows the insertion of extra spaces in my store URL: wil bere e crater

Are others having this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

I can't get into any of my stores. It says server not found. Hope this is fixed soon as I don't want to lose sales.

It has been reported and is being worked on.

The ecrater.com site is workign fine .. it's the stores direct URLs that is not working.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one having problems. I thought maybe it was my computer. I had a repeat customer e-mail me freaking out because she can't get into my website but the strange thing is I've had a couple orders this evening so there must be others who are able to access it. Anyways, I hope it's fixed soon.
