I would like to find a photo editing software for doing edge affects to my pictures. For example: rolled edges, blurred, or turned corners. I found one that I like but it is very limited. I had used Picture It in the past but they no longer have the software available.
I don't care for Picasa as it seems to want to crawl into all my picture files.

Yes AC I actually have that thread bookmarked thanks for your help.
I am looking for a very simple application! I bought Photo Explosion last night, I am very disappointed it is way over my head! It's like a scaled down Photo Shop.
I need Simple...it will be returned today. |

try this link:
http://download.cnet.com/windows/
(assuming you run windows os - mac os also available, tab under search window) - and enter 'photo editing software' into search.
one nice feature is user & editor reviews of the app prior to any download - both from novice/geek pov |

I use an old iMac G3 (paid $50 for it used) and a hand-me-down copy of PS-5 (from a friend of mine, who currently uses CS2). 10-year old technology, but who cares as long as it gets the job done.
Photoshop takes a little getting used to, but the results are very nice. |

Go to Paint.net. It's a free download and should have everything you need |

I bought Paint Shop Pro off ebay a few years ago & it does almost everything photoshop does but way cheaper.
I think if you do a search... they give you something like a month free trial. Takes time to learn but it is AWESOME. I do all my candybar designs & alot more with it. |

Wow I love photoscape...quick and simple! I found another program that has a free 30 trial which is really cool, and has Alot of frames to choose from. It's called FrameMaster, I believe it is $35 to purchase.
It has some really fancy looking frames which are nice if you are selling high end items that you really want to dress up.
Thanks rvcsports |
