Hi people are giving me some good ideas of imaging, but nothing is working. My images are being cropped off, and i tried thumbnail, and they still are cropped off. Someone said I believe another site where you can make the images square, but i downloaded it, and dont know how to get it started. Look at my store, and you can see the jewelry holders are cropped off. I want to put in dolls but those will look cropped also. Thanks to everyone! |

I see ZERO items in jewelry holders
Thumbnail size for next to the title is 78 X 78
If your image is square - any size just as long as it is square - it will shrink to fit properly.
78 X 78 is too small for the description area so I do not recommend using a 78 X 78 image as your default image because it's too small to see anything. However, if you use the squarest image you have for that item as the default it usually works out ok.
A 125 X 120 is square enough. But a 250 X 125 will be cropped! |

Take a close up shot of the face and use that as the default image. |

I use basic Paint. Nothing special - came on my pc.
I just took you image, cropped the empty top and empty bottom to make it as short as possible - then I placed it in a square - centering it as much as I could - wquickly, just eyeballing it - no rule. LOL |

One more question. After resizing to a square how do you save it? I cant get it to save that way. I have really never used paint before, so if you could give me step by step directions how to do it I will love you!!!!! Kidding if you have time. Thanks for everything |

I just told it to make me a an image space, gave it the size I needed - in the tall verison that was 448 pixels in height so I did attributes of 448 X 448.
