So does anyone know what this means? Refer to my post above for more details. I haven't had this problem, I haven't changed anything in my settings, but now I'm getting this when I send GC invoices. |

You're getting that error when you send both PayPal and Google invoices? Well, that's weird.
You haven't changed any security settings or anything? Installed anything that might've altered your settings? |

Sounds like a Google issue. You may need to contact them directly about the error message. |

No it was a GC issue, not PP. I think I figured out the problem though; I didn't change my settings, but for some reason the XML callback was checked instead of the name/value pairs. I think that may have caused the problem. I just changed it and invoiced myself, and no error message. |

today I try to pay for my own item using my husband's visa card, the message is showed:
We were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process. To proceed with checkout, please verify the information you entered is correct or try a different card.
I have doble check the information I entered. all are collect. after I called paypal . the lady explained that my customer must have paypal account to pay for items. otherwise they can't pay for it. is that true? |

They may not have been able to verify the card, but I don't think someone has to be a PP member to make payment with a credit card. |
