Hi there,
I just had my store on ecrater built and one product added.
However, I found the only one product disappeared when click into the categories today. Meanwhile, I can't log in my store account! It always showed ' Invalid username and/or password' But luckily, I can still log in this forum.
I have read the "Basic requirements" and "What is not allowed to post?" and I dont't think I violate any rule of them.
Anyone can help to tell me what problem is my account?? I believe everybody should play by the rules, but please do tell me what caused the suspending. I'm sure I will modify as soon as I know where to start.

We can't tell you why you got suspended. Only eCrater will know that. We can only look at your store and maybe guess from what we see.
You need to figure out what you did wrong. Did you read the terms page: http://www.ecrater.com/terms.php (all of it carefully)
Could be maybe you didn't use all English. Maybe your prices weren't in US dollars. Maybe your titles and descriptions were meaningless (extremely short to make sense or maybe just numbers, etc etc)
But that kind of thing they usually let you fix and get your store back. I can't think of much that would get a store locked up.
Unless you already had stores that were locked up or suspended for some reason or other and eCrater won't let you open more. |

Did you have Chinese characters in your listings, either titles or descriptions? Travel guides and postcards of China shouldn't be an issue. |

Thanks for your replies!
I did read all the terms before I starting store.
All in English, price is US dollars, appropriate title...
I just added one product, that is a set of postcards(10 pieces) about the Kunqu opera in Suzhou. I really have no idea what caused the suspending. |

Assuming you don't have a prior bad record with ecrater, it could be some employee saw the names of Chinese cities and thought it was a foreign language. I'd write ecrater and ask. |

None of my product titles have Chinese character, only in my description.

Based on my previous experience, eCrater Team replied my with 2 days. Otherwise, u may want to wait for 1 more day..
There may have overlook on those daily mails with real issues. So it is best to send another mail to them, if u have been waiting for more than 3 days.

Sending them more emails regarding the same issue is NOT advised.
They are limited sources and it takes time.
A store that is suspended violated the terms. That store is suppose to figure out what they did wrong and only email to see if they can be re-instated AFTER they corrected their store.
In the case of a store having multiple stores on the site selling the same merchandise - they may not bother at all.
