Just opened my store here "eCrater" and loving it! So simple and easy to use. Wished I found this site a year ago... but doesn't matter am here now.

I provide jewelry bead supplies to artisan jewelry makers out there both online and off.

I have a couple of suggestions:
I'd put jewelry findings or jewelry making supplies etc in your titles. The titles I looked at don't stand out as for jewelry making.

The other is your shipping. Since you are in Canada, all the US, including Alaska and Hawaii are the same shipping. It would be treated as light packet US with same customs slip attached no matter where it is headed in the US.

Legally you are liable for getting the package to the buyer. If it goes astray, you are liable, insured or not.

Your logo is a bit too busy. It is tough to read your store name in it. It might work better if you fade the background image considerably.

Try to write more in your product descriptions. The more words there are on a page the greater the likelyhood of that page being picked up in search engines and searches. So put in as many keywords and phrases that relate to your products as you can. Describe your items as if there is no picture and you have to paint it for the customer.
