Hi
I have had a store set up for a long time. Never sold much, but having fun anyway. Tonight when I was doing some tweaking, I found that people buying things from me can't use paypal. My account setup page has paypal checked, but people can't use paypal still-any help out there? |

Have you opened a PP account? You can't just check it off unless you already have an account. If you have a PP account you have to enter your PP user name and password I think. Long time since I did it. |

What makes you say that?
I see PayPal on your items.
So unless you have the wrong email address in your payment options for PayPal it should work fine. |

Do you have a domain name that is masking your store? That causes the PayPal login page not to appear at all.
If you have a domain name you need to forward it to your store not mask it.
If you don't have such a thing, it could be what Maggiethecat stated. In your Payment Options for the PayPal account you should be entering the email address you use to login to your PayPal account with. Check that there are no typos, missing letters etc. |
