Hi, If Anybody is around who knows why a GC order would not show up in my Admin view, I would appreciate some insight.

The purchase was made ca. 24 hrs ago and I received the payment notification from GC that the buyer's CC was charged. However, when I log in to Admin and click Orders in the left menu bar, the order is not there. Any idea why? Thank you. Crying or Very sad

P.s. All my GC settings are working, to the best of my knowledge, and this was by far not the first GC sale I made here. All other orders show up as they should.

Is it possible that the charge was then denied by their cc?

Usually, if you've received the purchase order confirmation email, it's a go ... so maybe it hasn't gone thru, that's the only thing I can think of.

Thanks for the tip. I checked already, the CC was O.K. and the charge was verified. I already shipped the item even, yesterday. I am just curious, since this did not have a precedence.

It always happens. I have about 6 GC orders - not one on my orders within ecrater.com

I have everything set up as I was told. I even had email conversations about it with Dimitri. For some reason I just never get them.

Yepp, I have seen you do, but then, you never used to receive those Order verifications from day 1, right? I, on the other hand, have been always receiving them, except for this last one. Hmmm. Is this the work of some mischieveous elf of some kind? Rolling Eyes

My google order goes to my gmail. I have a forwarding issue there since my email is set to not accept non-western characters. BUT that is a google vs outlook issue

I have NEVER EVER and still don't get google orders in my ecrater admin area for orders.

hmm, is that just happening with some folks, because i have had several GC orders and they all show in the Admin Orders Section.

Hey everyone, Hey B&T, I posted this question last week and I even got a response back from ecrater support, and they suggest that I check the XML which I did, I haven't received another google order yet, but hopefully that fixed everything. I'll let you know as soon as I know. Otherwise, still no notifications.

I tryied that. It didn't work for me.


I did manage to find where to fix my non-western character problem so at least now the google checkout emails are forwarded to me.

I had XML checked and orders were showing in my ADMIN, but then I got an error message when trying to send an invoice and changed the setting to HTML, and now the order doesn't show in ADMIN when someone pays with GC. So that has to be it. It depends on which setting you have. XML will show the order, HTML will not.

Hey everyone, got my first google checkout notification today, so it must be that I needed to check the XML box in the google checkout set-up, cause now it's working. Hope that helps.

hhhmmm got to looking at mine --- I do a weekly invoice for my services (lol, not ecrater.com related) and use GC to get paid so I have to be able to invoice which means I can not have the XML box checked. hhhhmmmm
what to do what to do
