Had a buyer who left a negative. Tracking showed that his post office left him a pick up notice 2 weeks ago. I told him this after he left feedback and he apologized stating he never got a pick up notice (typical for the post office).
Is there any way for a buyer to revise feedback or can you reply explaining what happened?

No you can't revise but if you forward the email to ecrater administration they can remove the feedback. Feedback if about the seller, not the post office. |

Use eCrater's contact page and explain the situation to them. If they ask you can forward the customers response email to them and/or the tracking number etc. |
