Why are there no products in my store. My products are still in the admin section but they are not in my store.

I did read it. What I dont understand is why it would have been suspended. There are no red items in it and there is nothing against ecrater rules in my store. So there is nothing that I can change about it

They don't suspend without reason. Go through the terms carefully and see if there is anything that you did is breaking the rules

You are supposed to fix things first then contact them. Not the other way around.

You said you read what I asked you to read.

There is no such thing as "reactivation form."

You fix things then you contact eCrater through their contact page.

I have no idea why you were suppended BUT I do not know that Sony does not allow the use of their iomages by anyone that is not authorized by them. Unless you have written permission from Sony you can not use thei images.
Like I said, that may or may not be the issue.

Looking at your home page my guess is that you are using photos of the phones without permission. Doesn't look like cases. Comes across as phones.
