This thread is a base for solutions to commom questions associated with FEEDBACK. It will take a while for the development of this thread, so if you see a good thread with a good solution to a problem that I have missed, or any past threads that relate to "FEEDBACK" then please message me with the URL.
We will also be developing similar threads for all other areas of selling on Ecrater.

Who can leave feedback?
Qualified buyers - ones that paid instantly using only PayPal or google checkout - receive an email from noreply@ecrater.com with a link at the time the payment was made and again about 20 days later. They must have that link to leave feedback.
KEEP in mind MANY mail systems put all noreply emails in the trash or spam folder - IF they deliver them at all. AOL is known for not delivering such emails.
The subject line reads "Rate your transaction for seller xxxx" and the email is from noreply@ecrater.com

Where does feedback show up?
Click on an item in your store from your stores homepage. Right under the price is a link "View sellers feedback".


I had a buyer pay for something and leave me positive feedback. I would like to leave her feedback as well, but I can't figure out how to leave feedback for her. Is there was a place to leave feedback for a buyer?
Buyers do not have to register so there is no way to leave feed to buyers.


Is there any way to leave a response to feedback on this site?
No, there is not.


Is there a way to transfer feedback from eBay into eCRATER.com?
No.


Can't seem to find a link to leave fb for a buyer?
Feedback can NOT be left for a buyer. Buyers do not register on this site, therefore there is no way to leave feedback for them.



Feedback dispute featureIf you belive that you received unfair feedback from a buyer, you can file a feedback dispute by contacting us through our form:

http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php

Please select "Dispute buyer's feedback" from the select menu. Please also note that you will have to submit some proofs supporting your dispute.




Where can I see my feedback?

See the image below --- I added the RED FEEDBACK so you can spot it a little easier.

ONLY buyers paying instantly with PAYPAL or Google Checkout can leave feedback.

Feedback is per ORDER
A buyer that instantly pays for an item is sent one link to leave feedback per order - not per item.

How is feedback calculated

Feedback is amount based.

example:

order1: $50 positive
order2: $100 negative

feedback score: -66.67%

How long does a qualifying buyer have to leave feedback?



You cannot leave feedback if 60 days from the date of your purchase has been passed

Feedback will remain as feedback: n/a
even if you have sales
UNTIL someone actually leaves you feedback.

What are the green stars about?

Read this topic - http://community.ecrater.com/viewtopic.php?t=19087

You have to have at least 3 (positives + negatives) and the stars will appear.

5 stars - feedback between 80-100
4 1/2 stars - feedback between 60-80
etc ...

What to do when a customer left you an UNDESERVED feedback

go to http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php and complete the form
Select the Disbute Buyers feedback category

This is for feedback that is undesevered example
a neg for PayPal charged me twice
a neg for I don't know I just placed the order 2 minutes ago


Be sure to give all the details and facts of the situation.
