I am probably going to have to close my ECrater store - reluctantly.
Although Sales have been few and far between - there have been a few - and I wanted to list a whole lot more - but with the duplication rules and Google - apart from being confused - I can't seem to be able to think of a solution to keep this store and my others that don't clash with Google.
My website and a few other places don't clash - but ECrater and a couple of others do.

I'm not sure what you mean by stores clashing. Can you be more explicit without promoting your other stores?
Do bear in mind that if you have a paying site that clashes with ecrater (whatever that means), you are ahead of the game to close the paying store unless it is very profitable to ecrater just having an occasional sale. Remember, ecrater has no fees. |

I am also new to ecrater and have had no sales, I have had my store a few months. Can you please explain clashing store? On the duplication rules are you speaking about not being able to list the exact same item twice>
Thanks for your help |

I think OP means if she (or he) has a product here & then the same at "XYZ" store... it won't go to google. Actually, that is not true. Just a little change in the title & you are good to go with both sites.
We sell on ecrater along with 3 other venues (not including the Bay)
& we have no problem getting sales at almost all of them. etsy is the only one with no sales right now. |

"No Store is an island, entire of itself...any Store's death diminishes me, because I am involved in Storedom; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee." (John Donne, with an assist from Bookbatches) |

You'd have to change at least 30% of both the title and the description, or you may soon find them no longer showing up in Google. |

OP,
Is it possible for you to opt-out of the Google feeds at your other sites? |
