Can anyone help me to reactivate my store
I dnt know why my store is suspended

No one on the forum can see your store except the home page.
Go to the ecrater home page, find the link that says terms, read them carefully and make changes according to the problem that applies to your store. Then email ecrater admin using the contact form and ask that your store be reinstated and explain what changes you have made. |

Yes i know feedback is low. And i emailed to all my customer twice and thrice to post there feedback to my store.
But only one of them posted there feedback. |

You need to force on not getting back feedback
not getting feedback from buyers.
Obviously you are doign something wrong to have that back feedback |

No its not that i m doing something wrong.
Some of my customer do not reply my emails after they receive there order.
When order is delivered than after i give them a confirmation call and ask them to post feedback on my store but they dont
I can not force them i can just request them |

having low feedback means you DID get customers to leave feedback... it was negative.
Your feedback percentage has nothing to do with the customers who did not leave it. |

Hello
I know it has nothing to do with those customers who has not left feedback on my store
And i also know that i was delay in delivering there order on time but it was not my fault
Can you suggest me how to get my store reactivated again
Please help me guys

well sounds to me like you need to focus on your customers
too many complaints and you get into trouble, like you are experiencing now. |

How you run your business is up to you. What you do to make your customers leave bad feedback is what you need to fix.
Contact your customers Answer your emails etc etc |
