This is very nice .... BUT it makes it very dangerous to use Google Checkout. What if in the notes they say they want it shipped to someone else (because it is a present or whatever). Actually, there are a lot of comments they could put in there that if we don't see them could make serious trouble for us.
I wonder if the checkout could be done so that if they check Google Checkout that the comment box would disappear? |

the message left by the customer is never seen by the seller .. anywhere ... if the customer pays using Google Checkout! |
BT, does it show up in the orders section in the Admin Tool when you click on the order?

I have to ask the same question - if the buyer uses google, does the message appear in the Orders section of the eCrater Admin?
If not, then the feature is NOT finished and has a major programming deficiency.
Google represents something like 50% of my payments. |

Didn't have a time to check out the details and read all of the topic, did anyone report this?
I don't see the message box in Google Checkout payment page (the one you get to with the shortcut button) |

NO! If the buyer uses google checkout ... even if they filled in the message box
you will NOT see the message.
Dimitri will look into seeing if that can be done on the next checkout verision. |

Is there a payment option displayed for a "Personal Check" that I have overlooked?
If no, and the potential buyer sees a "Personal Check" is an accepted payment method in the listing, how do they proceed at checkout? |

Do you have the Personal Check option checked in your Payment Options section of the Admin page? When you check that option, you get a place to fill in your name and address so the customer can mail the check to you.
I have not really investigated the new checkout page, but I can't imagine that it would leave anything out that you have selected. |

IF you accept Personal Checks and have it checked in your payment options it will show in the list of options. I don't accept them so it don't show in mine .. which is the image posted. |
