I sold a item and i had it weight based..i filled in the weight and clicked the weight base ....So why did the buyer see NO shipping charges..now i have to pay the shipping myself...and this is a heavy item...
How does the weight base shipping work??

Did you have the correct box checked in the listing?
Did the ad show the correct amount to charge for shipping?
How was it paid?
Without posting a link to the ad it's hard to assist you. |

If that's the item - check your shipping matrix for the weight of the item and make sure it says $5.75.
If it was paid with PayPal check your settings there. Some have mentioned that thye have shipping on PayPal set and that it over rides what is in ecrater.com. |

That link is from your admin page --- so no one but you can see it.
Classictreasures posted of this same problem.
Have you reported it to the ecrater.com team?
I am guessing it has something to do with the new PayPal security system. |
