Is anyone else still experiencing this problem? Buyer trying to pay via PayPal with valid CC from UK, and payment gets denied. Hmm. What is going on here, I wonder. I will have to call PayPal tomorrow; although I already talked with them once about the same and they said my PayPal settings are all O.K. on their end.  Apparently, not so |

It looks like this problem was generated by two things,
(1) buyer had 2 PayPal accounts with 2 different log-in info and one was only used one time;
(2) PayPal established some new security checks and in many cases this means if there is any discrepancy (a change of address, bank info, etc between two user IDs) the buyer will receive an error message and has to log in through some other page to correct the information.
Looks like at least in this one case, this is resolved now.  |
