I think my store was suspended due to incomplete descriptions on some of my products. I contacted ecrater letting them know i fixed the problem. Anyone know about how long it takes for them to respond and/or re activate my store?
Thanks. |

I don't actually know from experience because I've never emailed Ecrater for anything that I can remember. But I've read here in the forums that it often takes a few days because the "team" is just a small group to handle all the backstage work.
From the photos I can see on your home page, your items look very pretty. Best wishes!! |

While you are waiting, you might want to spiff up your text pages. Your home page should let people know what they will find in your store. Search engines read that page so it will help you bring more people to your items. Also the about page is where you can go into detail about your product line. It is very pretty import jewelry so tell buyers who made it, where and what. When terms only state no refunds, you need a bit more info to entice someone to buy. |

Aaah, I see....Ok thanks! Ill take that advice. I create jewelry, I created the earrings and some of the bracelets by hand. The other items I receive from a relative who creates metal and wood jewelry from scratch, so I'll include all this info. I did not know the homepage was the page that search engines read. Thanks again! |

Titles are meaningless.
You had titles like Cherry dreams
that title doesn't tell anyone what you are selling.
That's might be the issue.
What GLOBAL category are you using? Art is not the same thing as Jewelry. |
