You can't delete the ones with PayPal. Only the ones that are money order or check ones.

Are you certain it is bogous? Did you invoice the buyer? Maybe they didn't click the last OK and thought they paid.

it's bogus alright. their email has been bouncing back for 2 days and when they signed up with ecrater this is how thay signed up

Hmm never saw that one with PayPal. Usually they have the info even if it is a failed transaction.

If in orders there is no delete (in the order details) you'll need to contact eCrater to get it removed. Might be interesting to ask them how this person managed to enter an order without name and address.

they placed an order with ecraer. they never paid for the items with paypal. they used the email of (com.com@com) soon as i saw the address i knew something wasn't right. no biggie

When orders are unpaid, click on the order and scroll to the bottom of the order. There are 2 links in blue, one says delete and the other says mark as paid. That should take care of your bogus order. It was probably somebody testing to see how the shopping cart works and it was your lucky day. Very Happy At least the information they gave left no doubt that it was a bogus order.
