Items wont show

My items show on my homepage but when selected the item(s) are not found or cant be shown.


What is the problem?
I am selling nothing illegal guns ect,
Just hand crafted glass i make myself.

I think your store was suspended because you have meaningless titles. Your titles do not say what you are selling. They have to describe what it is using key words so that people searching for your type of product will be able to find it. Fix your titles then use the contact form to let eCrater know and you will probably be reinstated.

But how are they meaningless if that is what they are?

I have updated them.

Are they suitable?
Or can I get suggestions for how to label them?
I have looked around but I just dont understand....

You have done the right thing by telling what they are like soap dish or sun catcher. Now just contact eCrater and let them know and it might take 2-3 days to become unsuspended.

FYI, Your titles can still be expanded up to 100 characters. You can add handcrafted or handmade. Think of yourself as a customer. If you were looking for something unique like your products, what would you type into a search engine to find them?

Ecrater is a great place to sell handcrafted and unique items. Once you figure things out and are up and running, I am sure you will love it here.
Don't be afraid to ask questions, there are so many helpful people here on the forum. I have been here a few years and I still learn things that will help me from the other posters all the time.

I got a reply right away which was awesome!

But the reply said

"It appears that your store has been suspended for listing of test items. This is not allowed at eCRATER. Please refer to our terms section"


I have no test items on my site.
What do i do?

Your store is no longer suspended because I can see it now. Your items are very pretty!

Some random thoughts...
If you add either PayPal or Google checkout, those ugly Google ads should disappear.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a troublesome way to get paid, so it shouldn't be your only payment method. Research it a little and you'll see.
Since "fused glass" is your main technique, add "fused" to your titles. Something like "Fused glass soap dish dark blue handcrafted" etc.
