Google Attributes - same words for similar items allowed?

I'm a newbie, and am trying to get my pea brain to digest all info I've read in the forums re. Google Attributes.

Have understood basic idea, but not clear on whether a) I have to list different words for each and every item listed, or b) Can just repeat the same for all similar items, or c) The goal is to list as many different attributes possible for each similar item for the most exposure (but if I have to start repeating words, is that allowed or is it considered spamming?)

So let's say I have 20 different kinds of handmade paper greeting cards - do I need to vary the attribute words, or should I just copy and paste?

If the same attributes apply to a bunch of items, use the same attributes but if there is something different, like the color or motif, use color and feature as attributes and make those changes.

I looked at your handmade journal. Say you have one that is blue with a leaf on the cover that is 50 pages and one that is blue with a rose on the cover that has 100 pages. Use attributes that would reflect those changes.

Am a bit worried because my eCrater store is on hold while I build it. Did you see my items at my other location? Or have I not clicked the right buttons to keep my eCrater store and items on hold till I finish?
