My store suspended for i used the West Union payment ,and i changed the payment now, how can i contact the Ecrater's staff to remove the suspend?

Use the contact link at the bottom of the ecrater home page.

Please bear in mind that you are in Asia and most people who post on this forum are in North America. If you get no response right away, allow for the difference in time zones. You will get answers in due time.

Your "Terms" page at the time of this post still states,

Quote:
FREE Shipping to US Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada,the payment of West Union accepted.


Until all reference to Western Union payment is removed, your store will remain suspended. This would include any mention of this type of payment on individual product pages, which we cannot see.

Other problems may also be an issue that we in the Community can't identify.

eCrater does not notify store owners when stores are suspended for violations of their terms.
They feel that it is up to the store owner to:

1. Identify the problem
2. Correct it
3. Contact eCrater when the problem has been fixed.
