| All has been fine until this last order. My stuff is weight dependent and I use the shipping calculator. What happened??? What do I do to fix this? |

do you have the shipping matrix filled out?
The USPS calculator uses the shipping matrix as backup for when the USPS site doesn't reply in the allotted time. if USPS is down for maintenance or just too busy they won't reply |

I don't have it filled out and suspected that is the problem. Guess I'll have to tackle that chore that I've put off until I had figured it out.
Do you think that would be the only reason? And thank you for your help! |

Also, and in my opinion much easier, you can check the "Fixed Shipping" box and put an amount in there. It limits you to one price in each box so I put the maximum (zone  in there and refund the difference if it's less. Of course, this can also cause the buyer to change their mind and not purchase..... |
