PP has not dumped payment in to my account

I got an order yesterday (12/1) paid thru PP - and it is not showing up on my PayPal account - never had that happen before, the credit to my PP account has been almost immediate in the past.

Please advise as to where I should start to research this and what to do. Thank you.

You received an order from eCrater, where the buyer selected PayPal as the payment type. If the buyer did not complete the second step (actually making payment), then the order is questionable.

You can handle this one of several ways...
1. Send a manual PayPal invoice to the buyer
2. Ignore the order
3. Wait and see if the buyer gets around to making payment

Each of those approaches has its good and bad points. Sometimes #1 will actually cause a payment to happen, sometimes you will get grumped at by the buyer. Use your own best judgment and pick one.

I've had that happen a couple of times in the last couple of weeks. I emailed them and sent an invoice and no response so I just wait a few days and if they don't pay delete the invoice. It happens every once in a while.

And PP does not 'dump' money into your account anyhow. Once you receive money into your account, then you request PP to transfer it to your bank. None of that happens until the buyer pays. When the buyer pays through PP you will be notified by them. Until then nothing is sold.
