A buyer wants to purchase multiple items. How do I send an invoice to reduce shipping cost for multiple purchases? |

You can send one through Pay Pal. They have a form you can use.
One thing I have done is let the customer know I will refund the overage for shipping once they have paid. |

If possible have your shipping set up to combine the invoice automatically. You can do this with the matrix and I would think that with the calculated shipping it would work too. |

Thanks, but due to sometimes great differences in weight, this is not an option for me. |

If the buyer contacts me ahead of time, I will send an invoice. You can use either PP or GC if you have both.
If they just buy and pay, I send a refund as soon as I have put the order together. Having it automated doesn't work for me either.
I actually have my GC set up so that I charge manually. That way I can make the change before the charge goes through. |

Thanks! I have GC set up to charge manually, too, but didn't realize that I could change it. More pay through PP, tho. |

You can edit the GC total down, but not up.
My sales are always either all PP for a while and then all GC for a while. |
