eCrater does not notify store owners when stores are suspended for violations of their terms.
Things you need to do"
1. Identify the problem
2. Correct it
3. Contact eCrater when the problem has been fixed.
You may read the eCrater Terms at: http://www.ecrater.com/terms.php
You can contact eCrater at: http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php
Member's in the Forum can't see the items in your store(other then your categories). Just a small guess, you have brand name's in your categories(ie Dior, Liz Claiboune, etc) you may need to show proof that you have rights to sell their products. Its just a guess though |

Your brands shouldn't be an issue. Everyone selling vintage jewelry have a few pieces that are from big name designers. If you are selling brand new pieces from Dior, Chanel, etc, then you may need to prove their provenance.
From looking at your text pages and category pages I didn't see any problems. |
