Why all of my products are cannot review or see on mu store?

I opened a store on ecrater.com for 4 month.and it is operate very well.
but recently I found all of my products on my website cannot be seen or search.I am very worring about this matter.
can anybody help me ?

It looks like your Store is suspended since none of your Items are showing up, no one here on the boards can see what you had listed we don't know what you did wrong, but read the following below:

eCrater does not notify store owners when stores are suspended for violations of their terms.
They feel that it is up to the store owner to:

1. Identify the problem
2. Correct it
3. Contact eCrater when the problem has been fixed.

Your store is suspended for some reason and you will need to fix whatever is wrong.

Go through the Ecrater terms here - http://www.ecrater.com/terms.php and decide what rules you might have broken. Once you think you have fixed the problems, contact Ecrater here - http://www.ecrater.com/contact.php and tell them you want to be reinstated.

In some cases, the Ecrater team will tell the seller what the problem is if you can't figure it out, but ultimately it is your responsibility to know the terms and follow the rules.

Here in the forums we other sellers can't see your items so we can't tell you what to do specifically, just make general suggestions. Good luck and hope you can get it figured out!

By just looking at your homepage, I am guessing your store is suspended for trademark infringement. For example, to name a few... Dora & SpongeBob's names and characters are registered trademarks that are owned by Viacom International, Inc.; Shrek character is owned by DreamWorks Animation, LLC; Minnie & Mickey are owned by Walt Disney, etc...

You definitely cannot create mascots of those cartoon characters without their respective owners' permissions, let alone selling them using their trademarked names in your listings. If you do have the permissions to duplicate and sell those mascots, you need to submit proof to eCrater to lift the suspension. If you don't have the permissions, you have to take those trademarked characters out of your store and stop selling them here. Otherwise, I doubt that you can get your store back any time soon.

You are using an ebay logo showing power seller and 100% feedback.
Is that really yours? No one really knows since no where are you providing a link to your ebay account.
I look up EmmaRoss as a seller on ebay and find a seller with 17 feedback NOT 1063.
