Got the green check, but where's the notification?

I got the green check that an item has been paid, but I don't see the notification in my pp acct. I never figured out how that works.

Are you sure they paid via PayPal? Did you check your Google Merchant Account? You should have gotten a notice from eCRATER if the buyer was planning to pay via PayPal. If they chose Google Checkout, you would not receive a notice from eCRATER (per GC requirements), but you should receive an email from GC. However, you do have to set your GC account to request the email notice.

The green check is for payment thru pp, and I don't see it in my pp acct.

Sounds like you need to contact eCRATER customer service. The link to contact is on the home page of eCRATER.

I think it's eCrater. Lately, I've had several orders paid for with PP that were actually paid but, I received no notice by email. I just accidentally noticed the orders in my admin about a day or two after they came through. I think the system is having minor problems because this never happens so, the problem you are having may also be on eCrater's end of things as well.
