I bought some items from a seller here and the item was missing parts, not as described. For a month the seller and I went back and forth by email and now he isn't responding anymore. I want to report him. I saw this user was banned from eBay and kicked off another site.
What do I do? |

If you paid with a credit card, contact yoru credit card company and file a claim with them - you'll have a better chance of getting your money back.
There are time limits for filing claims no matter how you do it
but if you want yoru money back you have to file tiwh your credit card comoany or the site you paid with. eCrater does not have anything to do with your payment, you can only report the issue and they will decide if the seller should be suspended. |
