I hope someone can help me. I finally found and interested customer but I can't answer their e-mail. I have no messages in my community. The e-mail says to go to the Conversation section. I must not be looking in the right spot because I am unable to located it. Pleas help.......

If the email you received was from noreply@ecrater.com that means they used ask the seller a question and within the body of that email there should be their email address.
If the email is NOT from noreply@ecrater.com then it didn't come from this site.
ecrater.com does not have a "conversation" area. |
