why can not I log in my ecrater account?

I have 2 ecrater shop, but today I can not log in the other shop, it says incorrect name or passwork, I click to forget my password, I copy the name and passwork from the email, but still not work, I do not know what happened?

Are you suspended? Looks like this store is. Perhaps you were copying one store onto the other and that is not allowed.
