shipping charges

hello all,Can someone help me please,I want all my listing to say free shipping but they don't,On the shipping part I put a 0.00 in the little boxes,but when I look at my listing they still say $4.05 for shipping instead of Free.

Sounds like you have a shipping matrix set up with $4.05 as the shipping charge AND when you create the listings you are clicking the box that says ship by weight.

If the above is true - you can easily fix them all at once - assuming FREE SHIPPING applies to every item you have ---- just go to the shipping matrix and make it all say zero.
Otherwise you have to go into each item and edit it to be free shipping box that you have checked and not something else.

click product on left menu
then on the right of each item click the pencil icon
that will open the listing - scroll to the bottom where the shipping info is
click on FREE SHIPPING in US Mainland and Canada.
hhhmmm but if you don't ship to Canada - not sure what the listing will say --- so do one and then preview it .... if you don't have Canada checked on your shipping zones I am GUESSING it will leave it off. BUT make sure.

be sure to save it after you make the change.
