| I just received an item purchased from an eCrater seller, and I'd like to leave feedback. I paid by PayPal. How do I leave feedback, please. I can't figure it out. Also is it true that purchases do not count feedback-wise for me, but only for the seller? Thank you. Gustys |

If you made a purchase and paid instantly using PayPal or Google Checkout - you should have received a link via email from noreply@ecrater.com at the time you made the payment.
Another link is sent approximately 20 days later.
The only way to leave feedback is with that link within that email.
Buyers do not get feedback - since they do not register to buy. Therefore if the buyer happens to be a seller also, when making a purchase the buyer gets no feedback. |
