Affiliate Links?

I've noticed that you can't use HTML in ANY descriptions on eCrater. SO, I'm a bit confused here...I have some really great affiliate companies I'm signed up with that I would like to be tied in with my site (which is going to be a gift shop)...but I'm not quite sure how to make this work. Simply listing them as as text link that people can C&P would look REALLY ugly...as I'm sure you all know...affiliate links are usually long and confusing.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
