Ok this has me kinda annoyed. I get a email over the weekend from a customer stating that they only received 1 switchplate and 1 outlet when they ordered 2 outlets.
I check their order and I made no mistake they only ordered 1! I replied to her with a screen shot of her order and reminded her that she spent $16.98 the price of 1 switchplate & outlet.
They left negative feedback before I could even reply to their email, nice huh? lol
Is there anyway I can get this removed? I have proof that I sent her, her entire order. |
