| I'm not able to log on, does that mean my store is suspended because I have not received any messages from Ecrater please help. |

Your store is suspended
but usually you can still log in.
per the terms of the site you are not notify when you are suspended |

First, did you read the topic at the top of this section?
That tells you what to do.
Second, did you read the terms of the site before you listed anything?
There is no number to call. This is a free site with a limited staff.
you can use the contact form found at www.ecrater.com
BUT as stated in the topic I mentioned above .. they say not to contact them until you have things fixed. |
