After a lot of testing I was able to identify a bad memory unit. It caused the server to "freeze" after random time of running (5 min - 12 hours).
Currently the server is still running from the garage. It will stay there several more days until I am absolute sure that the problem was in the memory unit only. |

So many time sites don't bother to keep users informed.
I for one have much faith that you are doing everything you can to keep it up and running! THANK YOU!
It has been suggested on other boards that you might think about adding a make a donation to ecrater.com button within the admin of the stores or any place for that matter. Many of us are willing to help support the site and you! Something you might want to think about as repairs can get costly.
Again thank you so much for keeping us updated and your honesty and quick reaction to get it all fixed for us to use. Much appreciated! |
