Hi there
I had listed my listing for for some reason everything disapperance. It say item not found. Can anyone tell me why is that?

I recalled adding UPC and attribute before the deadline and now nothing shows up. Thanks in advance! |

Your store appears to be suspended.
Like any other seller here, we cannot see what is in your listings, so we have no clue why. You may want to review the various threads in the 'Suspended' section of the community for clues.

Your store has been suspended.
You haven't logged into your store since 1 Jul 2011 17:28:32 PDT
Do you have sales that are unfulfilled?
We in the Forum are storeowners like you and can't see your listings to advise you.
eCrater does not notify store owners when stores are suspended for violations of their terms.
They feel that it is up to the store owner to:
1. Identify the problem
2. Correct it
3. Contact eCrater when the problem has been fixed.

| That is funny because I always fulfill my orders and ship it on time. Is there a link where I can have my account be reinstated? I thought they took out all my orders because I didn't put up all the UPC codes on my listing..... |

Not having UPCs won't get you suspended. That is a Google thing and they will probably reject your items but eCRATER will still show your listings.
Check for nonsense titles (titles that do not state what the item actually is) or using stock photos without the permission of the company. |
