Hey how is everyone doing? well I am pretty new here but the one thing thats really annoying is the ask a seller question on each item page and how ppl can send you a question with a anonymous email and I have received so many threats of enditing on my products or wtv. SO anyways I do not mean to criticize you in any bad way its just I am trying to help make this a better place for all of us since we can always make room for improvement.

I been here over 2 years and have maybe goting 2 dozen questions.
Perhaps if you filled out the terms page, the FAQ page and had more information on your descriptions buyers wouldn't need to contact you so much. |

yeah your right I should add more information which I will for sure, but the thing that is hilarious and same time annoying is the anonymous email I receive since you can put any email address on ecrater they can take advantage of that by putting some companies email address and making false accusations to ruin your business. thanks for the reply by the way |

I don't see how they can ruin your business. After all, you are the only one that sees the email. Guess I am not fully understanding what you think the problem is. |

I have only had 'real' questions here...I'm pleased with that for sure!!
On another site, I get 15-20 'ask question of seller', and get spammed in each/every message.
I do agree with BMTC - the more information you can provide, the better!!

Hey, put your Paypal email address as your primary contact. I just had a lady who just sent a paypal payment, no cart, no order #, just here is payment for a wedding set, here is the picture, need a size 8.
Having people email you to ask questions is a good thing. If it's a spam issue, use a hotmail or yahoo email address to filter out the junk. |

Just curious but you only have 4 items listed. How many threatening emails could they possibly generate? |
