You don't want to know the tricks that people used to do with LEGO sets involving buying at one store during a sale, then returning to another at full price. I think the stores wised up to that real quick.

I have purchased clearance at WalMart that I noticed had a Target or TRU price sticker (under the WalMart one). Seen the same at TRU.

I'm still trying to figure out how you have orders to fulfill if you are suspended. If the orders came in before you were suspended, then get them shipped. Suspended doesn't mean not shipping what was paid for. No reason to commuincate anything to the customer other than their purchase is on the way.

My other thought is, you bought perfume at an estate sale in 2009, it is almost 2012 and you stated the return time had already elapsed at Dillards. Are you sure this perfume is going to be any good anyhow? I know my bottle of lovely fragrance has gone far down in quality over the years and I haven't been able to wear it for years. Are you going to be willing to refund unhappy customers who buy one of your old perfumes that the scent has actually expired?
