I open store on eCrater http://suppersell.ecrater.com/ . I have 2 order complete and 1 order unpaid.
With order unpaid, buyer ask me cancel order. I'm goto my store, and delete this order.
After, I'm check my item and see : no such product.
Please help me know, Why my account suspended.

Do you have the proper invoices to prove that your Keurig's are authentic? If you don't, you can't sell here. |

Not really, only a very small staff that has to sleep sometimes. Answers, especially on a holiday weekend may take till next week. We are sellers ourselves and can't do anything to help you other than offer suggestions. |

Suppersell, I looked at your store and you have some terms that are illegal. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for all items reaching the buyer in condition you advertise, in your case brand new. If you don't wish to be out of pocket, make sure the items are fully insured.
Also about your store name: are you aware that SUPPER is an evening meal? Did you mean to call your store SUPERSALE?
Re the receipts: You must get your items from an authorized Keurig distributor or retailer and those itemized receipts should be sent to eCRATER. |

What you are going to have to do is to contact the eCrater staff. You are NOT notified that your store hasbeen/is supended!!! Email them and they will tell you what you have to do to get your store back up and running. I know, my store was suspended and never knew that it was!!! I wound up emailing the eCrater staff - questions@ecrater.com to find out about my store suspension. Then I was told why and had to make corrections.
