Any ship to Russia?

Normally I'll ship just about any whree

Russia is a first for me ...

Any one have any problems when shipping there?

I do believe I shipped there long ago. I have also shipped to Poland and Latvia (twice), all I believe under former USSR control without a single problem.

Only low value shipments because I can't insure there through Endicia.

Through our insurance (Shipsurance), we are covered for most of the European countries that were once behind the "Iron Curtain" like Poland, etc. But what they call the "Commonwealth of Independent States countries" such as Russia, Russian Federation, the "-stans," Ukraine, etc., they have that statement about "coverage ceasing upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination." So I don't ship to that list of places.

I have never shipped to Russia. Once (a long time ago) I may have sent a package to one of the other countries in Eastern Europe tho.

I see a few phrases in there that make me wonder how much the average person is allowed to have shipped into the country (but the wording in those is typically cryptic anyway).

From the other end, I buy stones from a gal in Russia...but she drives to Finland to mail them!

Never shipped to Russia. I pretty much ship only to English speaking countries, seems easier that way. I've had orders from other countries but they tend not to complete the sales.
